Well, I have create this site since March 2011 and I have not jot anything here..
So lets getting started by today!
My mission creating this blog is to report on my loss weight plan. I have gained so many kilos recently.
I am 160cm height and 78kg weight. I was married last November with my fiance.
So..Good luck to myself!
My Plan are:
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Reduce meals portion
3. Skip Dinner
4. Mild excercise
My target is to have reduce 3kg this Feb2013..
